Login and Password Problems

In order to log in successfully, you need your display name or email address and your password. The password is case-sensitive. A capital 'A' is not the same as a lower case 'a'.

To retrieve your password, go to the login page where the display name and password are entered and use the link provided for lost passwords.

Find "Forgot my password!" and follow the instructions. Your new password will be emailed to you as long as your email address associated with your account is current and active. There will be two emails sent. The first verifies that you requested a new password. The second then delivers your new password and your log on id. Once you have successfully logged in, you can change your password to a more suitable one.

If you do not remember your account name, use the lost password feature - email address option. Your account name and new password will be mailed to you using the same two email procedure as above.
